Publicum FComm is the first and currently the only financial communication company in the Baltic States.  
We have emerged from Publicum, the largest public relations company in Lithuania – and this happened on the 3rd of July 2008, the official birth date of UAB Publicum Financial Communications (known in the market by its brand name FComm).  The split-off process was rather smooth and uncomplicated by far nothing like separation or a whim of an ambitious offspring to demonstrate its abilities to survive independently.  The FComm team simply legalised its passion for strategic communication, population of the financial world and numbers.  We do believe that numbers talk and all one has to do is to learn their language.  And then listen.  
There is a concept of infinity in the world of numbers, therefore numbers cannot be neither the best nor the worst – it all depends on the context in which the numbers are presented.  At times the manner of number presentation becomes magic:

What you see is the magic square of numbers known to the ancient Chinese.  The vertical, horizontal and diagonal sums of all its lines are each one equal to 111. In ancient China wooden plates with the inscribed magic square were placed under the foundation corner stones in belief that the magic of numbers will bring happiness home.  Similar magic squares are known to have been used in Persia, India and some European countries.  

But we certainly do not practice magic.  We are in the number communication business.  But frankly the results in most cases are comparable.
